Hospital In the Home

HITH is the second branch of our HOPE program. Our main approach is to offer educational services to students/patients who have been discharged from hospital or moved to HITH and are unable to attend school immediately after discharge, due to their health/ medical condition. Students attendance in this program would be short term while they continue undergoing medical treatment or attending outpatient appointments, which may prevent regular attendance at their home school.
